Yes, they may not be as tasty, but at least you know what you're putting in your mouth. PREPARATION
You need 3 bowls: in a bowl put the flour, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, basil and mix. In another bowl beat the 3 eggs with a little milk.
In the third bowl, place the cornflakes that you can grind, either by squeezing them in your hand or directly in the bag, or by putting them in a food processor and pulsing twice, this in in case you want the flakes to be finer.

I removed the skin from my thighs because I don't like it, but if you don't want to, you can skip this step. Remove the skin from the thighs and wash them under running water. Put them in a bowl, over which put a little salt, pepper, the 2 tablespoons of mustard and spicy chili sauce. Mix.

Give the thighs through the flour, then through the egg, and last time through the cornflakes. Put them in a tray covered with baking sheet and greased with a little olive oil. Leave them in the oven for 45-55 minutes on medium heat (the time may depend on the strength of each oven).
